My father was a wonderful and patient father who loved all 4 of his children dearly. Although being the eldest daughter and the trail blazer in my family, he came to understand children/teens much better as time went on. He became more compassionate and understanding. He always left his door open, even if a friend just for the night. He was very much worried about me when I first moved out, as I was trying to make a life for myself. But as time went on, he realized that I knew what I was doing and had faith in me, and a better understanding of who I was as a person. He always told me how proud he was of me, and of what kind of person I turned out to be. I loved him with my heart and soul and he will always remain in my heart!
